Facility
We are proud to provide a facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Office Hours, Appointments and Cancellations
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. If by chance we are out to lunch, in a meeting or closed for the day, you will be forwarded to voice mail. All calls are important to us. Unless an emergency has come up, we will always be as prompt as possible. If it is necessary for you to reschedule an appointment, please give us a 24 hour notice so that we may use the time for another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show for an appointment without sufficient notice.
Your Questions and Concerns
We encourage all patients and parents to be as well informed as possible regarding orthodontic treatment and our office policies. Please do not leave the office if you have questions. Our staff is extremely well qualified to satisfy your concerns. We encourage you to call us at any time the need arises.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. All payments wil be send directly to the subscriber. The agreement of the insurance company to pay for part of your orthodontic care is a contract between you and the carrier. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. A complete payment plan can be designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
Appointments
Once in active treatment, some of your appointments will be lengthly while major adjustments are being made. Others will be relatively short check appointment to assure us that your treatment is progressing as best as possible. Please cooperate with us when the need is to schedule a lengthly appointment early in the day. We try to reserve later afternoon apointments for short checks so that we are able to accommodate a larger number of patients at a more demending time of day.
